Most executive suites are leased spaces in high-rises. They ususally have a circular space plan that "traps" offices in the interior, creating small rooms with no windows. SES' building, on the other hand, was designed from-the-ground-up for executive suites. The structure is based on an extended central axis, making it "long and lean." All offices radiate out from linear corridors, affording every room exterior views and natural light.
